CBDC BLUE WATER LOAN ASSESSMENT

Financial Assistance 

Loans up to $150,000 may be available to eligible applicants. All loans are repayable and offer competitive repayment terms and interest rates. Financing can include a demand or term loan, a loan guarantee, or equity investment. Loans will be secured, and can be for multiples years, giving you the chance to develop your business while being free from financial burden.

• Applicants should be providing adequate equity in the business project.
• The business proposal must be sound and viable in the marketplace.

The business must be based in the area known as old Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), covering the rural areas between Ecum Secum and Hubbards, including communities such as Tantallon, Timberlea, Lower Sackville, Beaverbank, Eastern Passage, The Prestons, Porters Lake, Sheet Harbour, and Middle Musquodoboit, but excluding the metro areas of Halifax, Bedford, and Dartmouth.
